Utensils 1 Frozen Metal Bowl 2 Frozen Beaters Primary Ingredient 1/2 cup Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream (chilled) Secondary Ingredients 1/8 tsp Vanilla 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar 3 Tbsp "Other Cream" ~ optional You can choose what you want to use as "Other Cream" such as Sour Cream, Plain Yogurt or Cream Cheese. You can adjust the amount to your taste: 2 Tbsp to 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) should be fine. Preparation Put the metal bowl, beaters and carton of heavy or whipping cream in the freezer to give them a good chill. Leave the carton of heavy cream in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Be sure to check on it every 5 to 10 minutes and give it a good shake to prevent it from freezing.
