Pick-Your-Own
Arrive at least one hour before closing. Please stop in the Farm Market before heading out to the fields. All seasons are approximate. Subject to availability. Call the Farm Market at (732) 821-9494 for availability.
1. Before picking your own fruit or vegetables, stop at the farm market for instructions, bags, containers, & carts
2. Do not pick small or immature crops-you will be charged extra
3. Do not pick any crops not listed on availability board at farm market-you will be charged extra
4. No eating in the field-you will be charged extra
5. You must pay for what you pick
6. Don't pick it if you don't want it
7. DO bring children But have 1 adult supervising each child. No running in field
8. No climbing trees
9. No children in carts
10. No carts in apple field
11. No cars in any field
12. No picnicking
13. Do ask questions! We're here to help!

Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, an owner, lessee or occupant of agricultural or horticultural land shall not have a legal duty to protect a person who is invited onto the land for the purposes of picking or taking agricultural or horticultural products from the natural risks or hazards that are inherent characteristics of agricultural or horticultural land, and shall not be liable if such a person invited onto the land is injured because of any natural risks or hazards that are inherent characteristics of agricultural or horticultural land.
