A Family Farm Since 1941
The Giamarese Family has been farming for over seven decades. Our farm is located on thirty-five acres in East Brunswick, New Jersey. We are open from May through December and grow a variety of fruits and vegetables that are available for in our farm market and for Pick-Your-Own. We do not grow Roundup Ready GMOs. We have plenty of fun activities such as Fall Harvest Weekends, seasonal events, and Volunteer Gleanings for the hungry.
Pick-Your-Own Fruits & Veggies
We have Pick-Your-Own Strawberries, Peas, Apples, Pumpkins and Greens, plus Choose n' Cut Christmas Trees available from May through December, seasonally. Please check the Pick-Your-Own list for current availability.
Visit our Greenhouse & Farm Market
Greenhouse grown bedding plants, vegetables and herbs for your garden are on hand from May to June. Hanging baskets are available all season long. The crop that customers enjoy the most is our sweet corn, which is ready for sale in our farm market from July through October.
Weekend Hayrides & School Tours
Farmer Jim is famous for his fun and educational hayrides during our Fall Harvest Weekends during October on Saturdays and Sundays.
Gleaning for the Hungry
Schools and charity groups enjoy gleaning on Giamarese Farm. Gleaning is the collection of left over crops after harvest and is offered to school groups and charities to help feed the hungry. Giamarese Farm proudly supports Farmers Against Hunger. Learn more about gleaning with Farmers Against Hunger. Email njagsociety@gmail.com to schedule your fall gleaning on Giamarese Farm.
