Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an agreement between shareholders and the farmer where both share in the risk and rewards of farming seasonal fruits and vegetables. CSA members share the agricultural blessings or unpredictable changes of weather, eat locally grown fruits and vegetables and support their local farmer.
Disclosure Statement
I understand that the quality and/or size of some of the fruits or vegetables grown by Giamarese Farm may be affected by the weather and other conditions beyond the control of the farmer.
By submitting this application, I understand my attached payment is loaded onto a Prepaid CSA Card that I may use throughout the 2017 growing season (roughly May ~ December) for products sold at Giamarese Farm only.
I understand CSA Cards may only be used at card terminals owned & operated by Giamarese Farm and are not valid with third party vendors such as food vendors, bake sales, pony rides, etc.
I agree to keep a record of my CSA Card number & pin number (located on back of card) and I will treat my CSA Card as if it were cash. Prepaid CSA Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-refundable and may not be replaceable if lost or stolen.

2017 CSA Prepaid Card
Membership is subject to the terms listed on this page. By purchasing a 2017 CSA Prepaid Card, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms. Click either button below to get started and enter the value you want for your card on the next screen. Order by August 1st and save 5% on the purchase price. CSA Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable.
$750 limit per card. Amounts greater than $750 will be split over multiple cards.
